Batter: Smedes Batter Mix Golden Crispy
Batter Ratio: 500gr Smedes Batter Mix | 600ml Water

Preparation method

Sear the steak in a pan on both sides until it is medium rare
Place the onion rings and cheese on the steak and let them melt
Chill the steak so that the cheese is cool and hard
Mix the Smedes Batter Mix with water
Coat the steak in the batter and fry for 5 minutes
