Batter: Smedes Batter Mix Beer
Batter Ratio: 500gr Smedes Batter Mix | 600ml Water

Preparation method

  • Bake off Turkish bread
  • Shallow fry bacon strips with Herbs des Provencal mix and quench with gravy
  • Prepare your beer batter
  • Remove the stalks from the mushrooms en rinse and dry thoroughly
  • Dip mushrooms in batter and fry for both side for 2 minutes.
