Batter Ratio: 500gr Smedes Batter Mix | 650ml Water
Method: Dry - Wet - Dry
Preparation
- Cut the hake fillet into goujons of approx. 10cm
- Prepare the batter with water
- Pass the goujons first through the dry batter mix, then through the wet batter and then again through the dry batter mix
- Deep-fry the goujons for approximately 4 minutes
- Serve the fish goujons with vegetable crisps and basil mayonnaise
