Batter: Smedes Batter Mix Asian
Batter Ratio: 500gr Smedes Batter Mix | 600ml Water

Preparation method

  • Mix the Smedes Batter Mix with water
  • Finely chop the vegetables and stir-fry them
  • Add the coconut milk and curry paste and bring gently to the boil
  • Mix the Smedes Batter Mix with water
  • Dip the king prawns in the batter and fry them
  • Serve with fried rice

Regenerate or pre-bake

  • Fry the prawns a day in advance and let them cool in a perforated container
  • Regenerate the prawn at 190°C with 5-10% steam for 4 minutes
